Brand Ambassador

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Travel across Northwest Indiana to completed job sites to perform quality control checks and ensure that all work meets company standards.
Establish and maintain relationships with Lori K Bath customers, checking in after their project is completed to ensure their satisfaction.
Schedule in-home visits with customers to gather testimonials and promote our brand’s dedication to quality.
Deliver thank-you gifts to customers as a gesture of appreciation for their business.
Take before, during, and after photos of completed projects for documentation and marketing purposes.
Understand the company’s vision, mission, and values to accurately represent our brand and its commitment to quality service.
Monitor customer feedback and escalate any concerns to the company’s marketing, production or customer service department.
Provide exceptional customer service during each visit to build strong, lasting relationships with customers.

REQUIREMENTS:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for customer service.
Ability to drive across Northwest Indiana to visit job sites and interact with customers.
Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
Ability to represent the company’s brand in a polished and professional manner.
Flexible schedule to accommodate evening or weekend visits as needed.

Lead Carpenter/Bathroom Installer

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Installation of shower products such as waterproofing backer board, and finished tub/shower wall panels.
Tile install, drywall and paint work, and installation of vanities and accessories.
Adhere to all installation standards and procedures while doing installations and providing services.
Maintain pleasant and professional attitude at all times when dealing with customers.
Respect customer’s property and leave work areas clean.
Ability to lift and/or push/pull up to 100 lbs.
Detail oriented, ability to manage your time well.
Always wear our uniform on the job, observe rules of good grooming and hygiene.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the carpentry field.
- 5 years experience as a trim carpenter.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle WITH tools.
- Must submit and pass a background check.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Great attitude and ability to motivate a team.

Bathroom Installer Apprentice/ Helper

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist lead installer with the installation of west area bath systems, flooring, cabinetry, sink tops, drywall, light plumbing and electrical.
Adhere to all installation standards and procedures while doing installations and providing services.
Maintain a pleasant and professional attitude at all times when dealing with customers.
Respect customers’ property and leave the work areas clean.
Always wear our uniform on the job, observing rules of good grooming and hygiene.
Ability to lift and/or push and/or pull up to 100 pounds.
Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Be detail-oriented.
Properly installing our various home improvement products in the customers’ home.
Service: Occasional post installation service appointments to address issues.

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum of 1 year construction experience.
Must submit and pass a background check.
Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure precise measurements and alignments.
Excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot any issues during installations.
Physical stamina to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor as required.
Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients effectively.
Great attitude

Showroom / Special Events Team

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Represent and promote Lori K Bath at our onsite showroom locations (Valparaiso, Highland & Schererville), and special events around the Porter and Lake County areas.
Engage with potential customers and create a positive brand experience.
Schedule FREE in-home consultations.
Distribute promotional materials to generate brand awareness.
Communicate with staff members at our main office location.
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while representing the brand.

REQUIREMENTS:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong public speaking abilities to effectively engage with a diverse audience
Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required!

Job Type: Part-time, Pay: $18 per hour + commission

Brand Ambassador

Establishing and maintaining relationships with Lori K Bath customers.
Making follow up calls to Lori K Bath customers after their job is completed to ensure their satisfaction.
Scheduling in-home visits to Lori K Bath customers to gather client testimonials and promote our brand.
Understanding the company’s vision, mission, goals, products and services to represent the brand’s voice and personality.
Monitoring feedback from customers and escalating complaints to the company’s marketing department.
Represent Lori K Bath at various networking events.
