Outside Sales Representative
Working Monday-Saturday running in-home appointments. MUST BE AVAILABLE ON SATURDAYS from 10am-4pm.
Selling bathroom remodels, windows, and exterior doors- our company offers free in-home design consultations where you will meet with the homeowner at their home.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must be a seasoned sales person with one call closing skills.
Must have excellent people skills and a great attitude.
Remodeling experience preferred but not required.
Polite, professional, clean cut and presentable.
Relentless follow up skills and follow through.
Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.
Hungry and Motivated attitude a must.
Must be honest and a team player.
Job Type: Full-time with Benefits, Pay: Commission based
Represent and promote Lori K Bath at our onsite showroom locations (Valparaiso & Schererville), and special events around the Porter and Lake County areas.
Engage with potential customers and create a positive brand experience.
Schedule FREE in-home consultations.
Distribute promotional materials to generate brand awareness.
Communicate with staff members at our main office location.
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while representing the brand.
REQUIREMENTS:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong public speaking abilities to effectively engage with a diverse audience
Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required!
Job Type: Part-time, Pay: $18 per hour + commission!
