todd mcwhirterSeptember 28, 2026We recently hired Lori K. Bath to redo two of our bathrooms, and from start to finish, we couldn't have been happier with the experience. The finished bathrooms look fantastic, but what really stood out to us was the crew who did the work — Tom and Kody. These two guys were absolutely outstanding. They worked long, hard days every day they were here, and they never took the easy way out or cut a corner. They paid attention to the details, took pride in their work, and treated our home as if it were their own. Just as importantly, they kept us updated throughout the entire process, so we always knew what was happening and what to expect next. And beyond their workmanship, Tom and Kody were just great guys to have around. They were professional, friendly, respectful, and easy to talk to. When you have people working in your home for an extended period of time, that matters. In my opinion, Tom and Kody represent the very best of what Lori K. Bath has to offer. They are the kind of employees every company hopes to have representing its name and reputation. If you're considering Lori K. Bath, I would absolutely recommend asking for Tom and Kody. If you have to wait a little longer to get on their schedule, I would wait. They're worth it. The quality of their work and the way they conducted themselves made this a genuinely great experience for us. We're already planning to have Lori K. Bath do our third bathroom next year, and we've already decided that having Tom and Kody as our crew will be part of the deal. That's probably the best recommendation we can give. Thank you to Lori K. Bath for a great experience, and especially to Tom and Kody for the incredible work. We couldn't be happier with our bathrooms — or with the two guys who made them happen. We are waiting for a third party to install the glass in the master bathroom and will add photos once this is complete but I wanted to post this review in a timely manner.Posted on Google

Lynn VaughtSeptember 16, 2026Lori K Bath worked on two of my bathrooms. In one they replaced the tub and flooring. The other one was a remodel where a walk-in shower replaced a whirlpool tub, new flooring and countertop, and old decorative tile was removed and the drywall repaired and painted. The crew, Kyle and Anthony, were friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and most importantly, meticulous workers. They had me check on their progress regularly and got my input about the placement of grab bars, shelving, etc. I couldn't be happier with the results!Posted on GoogleLynn VaughtSeptember 16, 2026I was highly impressed with the quality of materials and workmanship in the two bathrooms aLori K Bath worked on. One bathroom had the bathtub and flooring replaced. The other bathroom was a remodel with a walk-in shower replacing a whirlpool tub, new flooring, new vanity top, and the removal of old decorative tile which then required drywall repair and painting. I couldn't be happier with the results. The two installers were friendly, knowledgeable, and had me check in periodically to help with placement of fixtures, and other decisions. I would highly recommend this company!Posted on Google

From the sales team to the installation team, everyone was professional and knowledgeable. Audrey Combs-LongMay 26, 2026Excellent door. Excellent service. Excellent business.Posted on GoogleAudrey Combs-LongMay 26, 2026From Absolutely Nope to Totally Dope And away we go…for another Lori K bathroom bonanza. After installing a fabulous full-length shower in our hall bathroom (affectionately dubbed The Hallway Hilton Shower) in 2022, Lori K came to our rescue again. Tired of showering in a 1996 original builder’s grade cheap, seedy Skid Row shower stall, we needed a major upgrade. Honestly, I have no idea who designed the master bedroom bathroom or if the 90s were just a tough decade for builders and architects craving originality, but this bathroom design is…um…different. Even Randy (our consultant) looked at the bathroom and maybe cried then died a little inside. The vanity is closed off from the galley-style bathroom. The shower and the latrine were in a closet-sized room. The original shower door had to be removed since it almost hit the toilet and most assuredly hit the bathroom door every time this seedy shower was used…which was not often. I mean, why shower in the cramped Skid Row hotel stall when you can bathe in spacious luxury in the Hallway Hilton Shower, right? What could be done to save this functionally-challenged shower? Could anything be done to update this 1996 looked-good-on-the-plans-but-cannot-function-in-reality nightmare? How could Lori K transform this architectural disaster? Well, Lori K donned their super capes and saved the day. With their trusty sidekicks Trout Glass, they made this 1996-what-were-we-thinking odd-ball creation into a beautiful and functioning bathroom. The custom-made shower door glass is thick and taller than The Hallway Hilton’s doors. (Not besmirching The Hallway Hilton Shower: we still love that shower.) The custom-cut walls that extend all the way to the ceiling make the closet-sized bathroom look bigger. Both the shower door and the walls are super easy to clean: all one needs is Super Squeegee. The vanity was also yeeted for an updated Amish vanity and countertop. No more crusty 1996 Skid Row vanity. Add some fresh paint, vinyl flooring, new trim, new toilet, medicine cabinet and say goodbye to our cheap, seedy Skid Row bathroom. What was once a disgrace and the ugly duckling, our master bedroom bathroom is now the The Ritz instead of a bathroom Norman Bates would kill for. What was once Absolutely Nope was transformed into a room that is Totally Dope.Posted on BBBKamie P.May 22, 2026We were so pleased with how smoothly the whole process went, and the finished bathroom is gorgeous! From our salesperson, ***, who walked us through how the process works and made some excellent suggestions as we were choosing things, to ***** and **** who did the remodel work and knocked it out of the park . They did an excellent job making sure everything was done perfectly and that we were happy with the progress. Heather TAugust 21, 2025I called Lori K Bath when I found crack in my bathtub and knew it had to be replaced. My Crown Point house was built around 1950 and I don't know when the bathroom was last remodeled, but it was a long time ago. I bought a new shower system with bathtub and ceiling cover. What I liked about ordering is that my price was firm fixed price. Lori K Bath was aware that my bathtub had a hole in it and there undoubtedly would be water damage revealed. But since my contract was fixed price, there would be no additions to my price no matter what surprises were in store, even mold remediation if needed. Lori K Bath promises one-day installation, but after my cracked bathtub was removed, of course the subfloor was soaked and muddy and had to be removed too, and even then there was still water. We all agreed the install had to be paused until the crawl space could dry out and we could check for mold. Lori K Bath was very professional and accommodating of this need. Luckily there was no mold, and they were able to finish the install a few days later when I was comfortable that we weren't sealing water damage in my house. I also like that Lori K Bath gives a lifetime warranty on the tub system, even the bathtub caulk that you know has to be replaced periodically. My work was done in July 2025.Posted on Google

Robert HipsherAugust 2, 2025Thank you Lori K Bath for a wonderful experience. I am the third brother in our family to have a complete remodel to our bathroom this year and we couldn't be more pleased. After learning about you during a chance meeting at Menards with my brother, we were really impressed by all of the great compliments they had about their (currently ongoing) experience and in particular Tom who was their primary installer. We drove out to Valpo the following weekend and visited one of your showrooms where we met Braden (hope I got that right😬) who was friendly, professional and only reinforced all of the positive things we heard from our family. The eventual in home consultation with Roger was more of the same. He was very helpful and patient as we went through sample after sample and the virtual showroom experience as we really didn't know how to navigate this process. The cost was a bit shocking at 1st but a total gut job on a bathroom with all of the unknowns that may occur in a 40+ year old home (plumbing re-route discovered in our shower) and having a custom bath completed in just one week with a lifetime warranty...we totally understood. The install was phenomenal. Tom and Chris were friendly, professional, personable, great listeners, highly skilled, punctual and hardworking. Every question or concern was answered with honesty and detailed explanations that made us feel at ease and that we were in good hands. These two are truly the gold standard for how an in-home contractor experience should be. We couldn't be more impressed and thankful to them for making our experience so great. You should be proud to have them represent your company. Thank you Tom and Chris from the bottom of our hearts! Rest assured we will not hesitate to call on Lori K Bath again for our next remodel and would definitely recommend your company to all who ask.Posted on Google

Alyssa LewisFebruary 11, 2025The entire experience with Lori K Bath was seamless. The rep who did the initial consult, Roger, was patient and thorough. He didn’t make us feel pressured at all. Chris and Kyle completed two full bathroom remodels in 9 days and went above and beyond. They were timely, respectful and clean. Kaila did our final walk through and took care of our few minor concerns and all was fixed by the end of the week! I would definitely recommend Lori K Bath to anyone considering a remodel!Posted on Google
Bob MFebruary 5, 2025We had two bathrooms changed by Lori K Bath. The first day they replaced a jetted tub with a standard tub and shower enclosure. The second day they replaced the shower enclosure in our master bath. Both jobs were done flawlessly. Our crew was Mike and Dillon. These guys came to work. They started working within the first five minutes of arrival. The removal of the tub was a bigger job, but they still got it out and the new one in and they were out by five. The second day was easier, only replacing a shower, but they still did not rush anything. All the grout lines line up perfectly and are centered on all the walls. We have had everything for a week now and am totally satisfied with both jobs. Everyone that we have dealt with at Lori K has been very cordial and professional. I would have no second thoughts about recommending or using them again.Posted on BBBBob MFebruary 5, 2025We had two bathrooms changed by Lori K Bath. Cleaned up and hauled away all the old materials.Posted on Home AdvisorKathleen HFebruary 13, 2020Remodel a Bathroom We are very pleased with our shower remodel from Lori K; converting our tub into a walk in shower, it looks absolutely amazing; Jeff and Harold were great; work was professional, they were very nice and did an exceptional job, and in the end it was a five star job. It did take a little longer than expected; an issue with the wrong doors which took another week of waiting. Not a big deal; a fixable problem; still 5 star work. If there is anything I would say to improve customer service, it is calling the customer, not the customer calling you for scheduling and updates; however this is minor and can be fixed; you did an awesome job and we would highly recommend Lori K and we would most definitely use you again. We do have two other bathrooms.Posted on Home AdvisorCindy BFebruary 2, 2020Remodel a Bedroom Everyone was very professional and we are very pleased with our service.
