Dealing with an Outdated Bathtub
Audrey and Dan Long spent many years climbing over their tub wall to take a shower. Because they didn’t use their bathtub to take baths, the tub wall became a tripping hazard and an inconvenience for the Longs. They wanted a space that was easier to use, with modern features and elegant designs. The couple decided that it was time to seek out a reputable bath remodeling company to help them meet their goals and revitalize their bathroom.

To start their bathroom remodeling journey, the Longs needed a team that they could trust. As they searched, they found Lori K Bath. Dan Long appreciated that the Lori K Bath team was there to answer all of their questions and provide them with a free design consultation. Audrey Long was thrilled that the crew spent a lot of time with them, truly going through all of the options and helping them settle on a solution that worked for their home.
To start the process, the Lori K Bath team met with Dan and Audrey Long for their in-depth consultation. We addressed all of their concerns and helped them find the bathroom features that truly met their unique needs. Then, it was time to get started.
Designing & Completing the Tub to Shower Conversion
Meeting with the Longs, we understood that they were not happy with their old bathtub. They wanted a better solution that provided easy function, simple upkeep, and lasting quality. Working with our design crew, the couple decided on a new Jacuzzi shower. We provided them a free quote on the same day as their consultation so that they knew exactly what to expect.
On the day of the installation, the Lori K Bath crew arrived promptly at 9:00 am to get started. They removed the old bathtub, then placed the brand new walk-in shower. Our crew also replaced outdated valves, flashing, and sealants with higher quality, more reliable materials. The Longs were pleased to see that our crew was completely finished with their renovations by 4:00 pm on the same day.
With their tub to shower conversion, the Long family was able to get the walk-in shower that they have been dreaming of. They also opted for a variety of features to personalize their space. These included shower seating, handheld shower heads, shower shelves, sliding glass doors, and a gorgeous shower surround. Audrey and Dan were happy to have their completely customized shower in only one day!
