Welcome to Lori K Bath’s first case study! We are excited to present one of our recent projects, the O’Neill home transformation. During this remodeling project, we provided a comprehensive bath remodel, as well as new windows and doors for the O’Neill household. Come along on the journey as we outline the challenges that the O’Neills faced and how we have helped them achieve their goals. Let’s begin.
Struggling with Outdated Tubs, Windows, & Doors
Susie and Dan O’Neill were struggling with their outdated bath. The tub was difficult to climb over. No matter how much scrubbing they did, the stained tub and surround continued to trouble them. They needed a bathroom solution that was simpler to use and clean. In addition, they weren’t happy with the function of their windows and doors. It was time to find a solution for their home improvement needs.
The Search for a Remodeling Company
The O’Neills set out to find a remodeling company that could help with their needs. While searching, they came across Lori K Bath. Susie O’Neill stated that she turned to Lori K because every review raved about quality. She also loved that we provided “one-stop shopping” where she could have her bathroom renovated, as well as replace her home windows and doors.
Another reason Susie loved Lori K Bath was, “There were no outside subcontractors. I go right back to Lori K if I have a problem, and it’s taken care of.” She knew that she was in good hands and was excited to welcome us into her home.
To begin the transformation, we started with a free in-home design consultation. The O’Neills took us on a tour of their home, highlighting all of the concerns with their bathroom, windows, and doors. Then, we worked with them to design a completely customized solution. With our designs in hand, the O’Neills were eager to begin the renovations.
Planning & Completing the Transformation
Because the O’Neils were concerned about their safety in the future, we recommended a tub-to-shower conversion. This transformed their outdated tub into a gorgeous new walk-in shower that was both easier to use and gorgeous to see! Their new space met their every need, offering an easy-to-clean, safe space for showering.
In addition, Susie wanted to replace all the windows in their home and convert a large picture window into a sliding patio door. Our team completely renovated this part of their home, giving the couple a wonderful way to access their backyard. We’re grateful for the opportunity to remodel the O’Neill’s home, and we hope they enjoy their new features!
