Lori K Bath is a home remodeling company built on family values. We were founded on June 4th, 2018, by Ron Knoche and Dan O’Callaghan. Our team is more than just a crew of remodelers – we are a family. Each member of our team upholds our values of premium quality, respect, and excellence. With every new addition to our team, we maintain this culture of quality to provide the highest standard of service in our community.
To uphold our standards, we NEVER use subcontractors. Every remodel is completed by our local team, who is dedicated to finding the best solutions for your home. We work alongside you to design your new bathroom, windows, and doors. Then, our installation team works diligently to complete a timely and effective home remodeling service.
The Lori K Bath crew is dedicated to serving our community. We routinely partner with charitable organizations and participate in giving back projects in Northwest Indiana. We’re always looking for new ways to stay involved and help those in need.

Lori K Bath was named after founder Ron Knoche’s wife, Lori Knoche. At the start of the company, she had been diagnosed with a rare form of cancer with a very poor prognosis. Ron wanted to honor his wife and show his support for her as she fought. Fortunately, Lori K has been fighting successfully for many years and continues to bring a smile to the face of everyone around. Ron and Lori are parents to two wonderful children, Blake and Joe. The Lori K Bath team is grateful for the honor that comes along with our name, and we’re proud of the legacy we have created.
In 2015, Ron Knoche and Dan O’Callaghan met through a mutual business event. The two immediately became friends, often discussing their own unique business ventures. Over the next 3 years, Dan and Ron began to realize that they had a mutual goal: providing premium products and exceptional service to their community.
Then, in 2018, Ron reached out to Dan and asked him to become a business partner on a new adventure: Lori K Bath. Dan quickly agreed, and the two began their adventure in bathroom remodeling. Ron also continued to run his well-known exterior home remodeling business, Jacksons Home Improvement.

Ron has been working in the home remodeling business for over 30 years, bringing exceptional service, lasting solutions, and premium products to homeowners throughout NWI. He started simply as part of an installation team and has grown to run his own remodeling companies here in the Region. As a crew member who has worked in every position from simple installation and sales to higher management and ownership, Ron excels in delivering impeccable results. He lives with his wife and two children in Valparaiso and is happy to be an integral part of his local Northwest Indiana community.
Dan has been a successful entrepreneur since 1999, owning many of his own businesses, including marketing agencies and home remodeling companies. He found his true passion with Lori K Bath, where he loves seeing the transformations we provide to our clients every day. Dan has two daughters and lives in St. John, where he enjoys being a community man and chasing the American Dream. Year after year, Dan is proud of the reputation that the Lori K Bath team has built. He hopes to continue expanding our reach, changing the home remodeling industry nationwide.
As we have grown our team over the years, we have remained steadfast in our commitment to quality. Each team member of the Lori K Bath family makes a commitment to honor our community with customer-centric home remodeling services. In 2024, Lori K Bath absorbed Jacksons Home Improvement, the well-known and established window and door company in Northwest Indiana. Jacksons was owned by Ron Knoche, who decided it was time to grow the Lori K Bath service offerings and combine forces. Now, Lori K Bath offers exceptional bath remodeling, as well as new windows and doors, to homeowners throughout NWI.
We have found our home in downtown Valpo, where our main office is situated. We have expanded to include several showrooms in Northwest Indiana, including in the Valparaiso Meijer and the Schererville Walmart. We look forward to continued growth as we build our company and expand outward from here.
